Yes, our Smart Health Trackers are all safe to wear while showering, swimming and washing your hands. Please see Technical Specifications for more information.

How long does the battery last?

The Rune's battery typically lasts around 5 days on a single charge. With the charging case, it's possible to go off-the-grid for a long holiday as it provides enough power for 4 weeks.

Delivery

We ship worldwide within 5 business days of the purchase date. All of our shipments are fully insured, trackable and traceable. Orders normally arrive within 5-15 days from the date of shipment depending on location.

Wrong Size/Free Returns/Warranty

During the first 30 days if you are unsatisfied we offer a no questions asked FREE return. If you want to return your ring during this time please contact customerservice@airguard.ai and they will arrange for the ring to be returned to us at no cost to you.


If for some reason you have ordered the wrong size, we allow for one free ring size exchange.
